ConfidenceId is a web application designed to streamline the document signing process, enhancing user experience, security, and efficiency while reducing the time and effort required to manage paperwork. With this platform, users can easily send, track, and manage documents for signing, all within a secure environment.
Key features
- User Authentication: Users can create accounts or log in using their existing credentials. OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication ensures security.
- Document Upload: Users can upload or drag and drop documents (contracts, agreements, forms) directly to the platform.
- Signature Placement: The system identifies signature areas within the document and allows users to place their eSignatures accurately.
- Audit Trail: The platform maintains a detailed audit trail, capturing snapshots from the user’s webcam during the signing process, date and time of each action, and any modifications made.
- Notifications: Users receive email notifications when documents are ready for signing or require action.
